December 3, 2023 | FIELD INCLUSIVE
Field Inclusive is proud to welcome masters student Marcus Bailey to the team as their new researcher. Based in Raleigh, NC and under the direction of Dr. Caren Cooper at North Carolina State University (NCSU), she will be researching the scope, intersectionality, and impact of social field safety issues of/on marginalized identities.
Pursuing her degree in Natural Resources with a concentration in Policy and Administration, Marcus is also a logistical Coordinator TA for the Environmental First Year Program at NCSU. She earned her B.S. in Environment and Sustainability at Catawba College, and her previous work experience includes an internship with the City of Salisbury and Catawba’s Center for the Environment.
“We are pleased to have Marcus join our team as our new researcher,” says Lauren D. Pharr, Field Inclusive CFO and co-founder. “We are confident that her work will produce great resources for Field Inclusive as we work towards diving deeper into the impacts of social field safety concerns on marginalized individuals.”
