Tracy Aviary’s continued sponsorship continues to show their commitment to marginalized and historically excluded researchers who professionally work outdoors, allowing FI to have a further reach when providing support for minorities, as well as resources and programming to organizations and institutions who are committed to providing more inclusive experiences in the natural sciences.
Field Inclusive (FI) is proud to announce our continued sponsorship with Tracy Aviary (TA) in Liberty Park. TA is a nonprofit organization that showcases and conserves birds from around the world at two locations in Salt Lake City; this is their 2nd year as a corporate sponsor of FI.
The nonprofit provides three unique opportunities to support their mission of inspiring curiosity and caring for birds and nature through education and conservation: their Liberty Park campus showcases birds from around the world in curated botanical gardens, their Jordan River Nature Center is a natural local wildlife oasis along Salt Lake’s Jordan River, and Tracy Aviary Conservation invites you to protect birds and their habitats through community science.
“Tracy Aviary has been a fabulous sponsor and supporter of FI, ” says Lauren D. Pharr, Field Inclusive co-founder and CFO. “We are excited that they have wanted to continue their support of us, and are continuing to be dedicated to promoting a more inclusive outdoors.”
With their sponsorship, TA will be supporting one student travel award, and one student research award.
Special thanks to: Cooper Farr for their dedication in making sure this partnership continues.
